Loopy La is a small, Melbourne-based label with lots of love to give. Each piece is handcrafted from a collection of beautiful fabrics that my mum and I have gathered over the past 20 years. With curated collection of fabrics, many styles are only a one-offs, making every design as unique as you are. Each piece is a limited edition.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

To organise a return, please get in touch with us though the 'Contact' section below. Returns will only be eligible if Loopy La is contacted within 7 days of you receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Items must have tags attached, no signs of wear, are unwashed and not damaged in anyway.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • The shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items.
  • Your refund will be processed once we have received the returned product.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?

Australia:

We ship only within Australia, our standard shipping is free of charge (yay!)

Express shipping within Australia is $15AUD
